Forging Links and Mending Fences

Hello World,
I hope everybody had a great Christmas! I did a lot of working and sleeping, but Christmas was great for me...(this time I didn't get attacked by any mountain lions). It's almost that time of year. You know what time I'm referring to. The time of year where everybody makes promises they never keep, weight loss goals they don't reach, and vows to find love they never meet. Yes, yes, its new years resolution time!!!! ARE YOU NOT EXITED????....No? Me neither. See for me, new years resolutions do nothing but show me how lame I am. However I always end up making them. So this year, I'm enlisting the help of you, my friends. My Goal this year is to become a better friend to you all. If I've offended you, I want to make it right. If I've let our friendship fall by the wayside I want to renew it, make it stronger. I know its sometimes impossible, but as much as possible i want to live peaceably with all men..THAT'S IN THE BIBLE..So my job this year is to try with the bestest effort ever to make that happen. I challenge you to do the same.
Do you have a friend who's differences of opinion or way of living has caused you to disconnect? Fix it! The goal of this resolution isn't to make everybody happy. It isn't to get tons of friends. It's to fix the little beefs and squabbles, Find new friendships and be more friendly. There are people that have lived in the same city as me, just up the street from me in fact, and I never knew it until I went to school in Florida. Now that I'm back in Cali I plan to forge those links of friendship with these people and others who need befriending. It's like come one, come all, lets fix the fences and forge the links of friendship in our lives this year...so that next year around this time we wont have the same regrets we do now...

                                                                         Love you World,
                                                                                        Vic.
